Know about some of the experiences that students lived and shared whith us when they visited this places:
"Tskibal gave me the chance to have the best study abroad experience in Merida, Yucatan, Mexico. My name is Nicole Batista, and I am a third-year pre-med student at Centre College. My time at Yaxunah and Chichén Itzá rank among my best experiences. I gained more knowledge about many cultures on my journey, including the Yaxunah Mayan culture, whose food was really delicious. Observing Mayans prepare the seasoning they use to prepare their food was also one of the most enjoyable experiences I had. It's memorable that I was able to also enjoy my first cenote experience here. We proceeded to learn more Mayan culture and the significance of the architecture at Chichén Itzá. I sincerely thank the Tskibal team for giving me this amazing opportunity to see various cultures and bring back valuable life lessons to my home".

"While visiting Yaxunah, I had the opportunity to learn how to make cochinita pibil, swim in a cenote, explore local Mayan ruins, and sleep in a hammock! The next day, we travelled to Chichen Itza, where we learned about ancient Mayan architecture and social life.
This trip was a great way to learn more about Mayan history and culture. It was a chance to step out of my comfort zone and have fun in a new environment. This experience also motivated me to reflect on my positionality as a tourist and be mindful of how I engage with new communities".
