This bike ride is known as "Biciruta". The route included what is known as Paseo de Montejo where they rode down a long stretch of road and learned about iconic places such as the Monumento a la Patria, Palacio Cantón, Quinta Montes Molina, Teatro Peón Contreras, Catedral, which is pictured in a few of these photos.
The Biciruta allowed them to be truly immersed in the Spanish language as well as the ancient Mayan history. Overall, it was a beautiful and unforgettable experience.
